Membership Dues Invoice

INVOICE

Annual renewal dues is: $30.00 and is due on April 1st

For new members joining CenCON during the year, the dues is pro-rated by quarters.

Those joining during the months of April, May, June $30.00
                               July, August, and September $22.50
                              October, November, and December $15.00
                              January, February, and March $  7.50              

Please send your payment to the address listed below, or bring your payment to the next CenCON meeting   (See Home Page for date and time).
