         CenCON Associations

CenCON Association Membership is now available for informal neighborhood groups that can meet the following requirements:

  1. Three volunteers from the area must act as representatives for the neighborhood. Attendance at the monthly CenCON meetings may be shared/split between these people
  1. A Communication Plan must exist to disseminate CenCON information to the represented neighborhood. One or more of the following methods may be used:
  1. Newsletter
  2. E-mail List with at least 50% of area’s residents
  3. 2 meetings per year, one which is a "general meeting" for entire neighborhood
  4. Website containing the information
  1. Identification of the neighborhood’s geographical boundaries (minimum of 15 homes) per City of Centennial's "Neighborhood Map"

CenCON will help to prepare and make copies of an introductory newsletter for all the residents of the neighborhood, but it is left to the three volunteers to distribute this newsletter. The introductory newsletter will briefly describe the CenCON activities, provide names and contact information for the CenCON officers, provide the names and contact information for the three neighborhood volunteers, describe how the neighborhood will receive additional information in the future, and provide information about the "where and when" of the CenCON meetings.

CenCON can also provide a contact name, and some general implementation information concerning a "free" web site for the neighborhood, if that is the chosen method for disseminating information.

To apply for CenCON representation for your neighborhood, please click   Become a Member and fill in the application form and then click on the "Submit" button at the end of the form.
