1.    Go to  http://www.sos.state.co.us/  

2.    Select "Business Center"

3.    Select "Search Business Database"

4.    Select "Business name, trademark or trade name "

5.    Enter "your HOA Name" and click "SEARCH"

6.    Find correct HOA in list of possibilities

7.    Click on "ID Number"

8.    Resulting web page shows the data for your HOA

9.    Record the information or print the data page

10.  Return to the CenCON Application form and complete the information
                Press the "BACK"  key  below
