In place of the regular, July 28, meeting of the Centennial Council of Neighborhoods (CenCON), a tour was taken of the Streets of Southglenn project. Located on the southwest corner of University Boulevard and Arapahoe Road, the Streets of Southglenn is in the midst of construction. Citizens (about 35-40) toured the site led by representatives of Alberta Partners, developer of the site which will include both retail and residential opportunities.

A field trip in place of the regular July meeting of CenCON has become an annual event.
